Kevin A. Moore, Esquire

Kevin is a shareholder at Leisawitz Heller and practices with the firm’s Business and Labor & Employment Practice Groups. Kevin’s strengths lie in his ability to translate into the boardroom the business impacts of the litigation process. He provides the unique blend of counsel and leadership clients need to achieve their strategic goals through compliance analysis and litigation as needed.

Kevin practices in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and before many state and federal quasi-judicial agencies. He has particular expertise in reviewing corporate insurance programs, and places an emphasis on first obtaining sufficient knowledge of the company's physical, employee, and financial risks.

Richard has extensive experience reviewing insurance policies to determine potential gaps between coverage and real potential losses as they relate to our clients’ actual business operations. He also has a deep background and experience in reviewing contracts and indemnity/hold-harmless agreements to assess potential liability exposure posed by a company’s contractors and subcontractors. Richard and our team of insurance experts collectively have over 100 years of experience with evaluating and developing insurance programs ranging from workers’ compensation to general liability, and from automobile losses to intellectual property infringements, and business interruption to key-person coverage.
